In September 2022, Australian celebrity chef, Sarah Todd and her brother Matt Todd have launched a new premium range of chilli sauces aptly named, HOT TODDY. The siblings' mutual passion for chilli sauce as well as a chance encounter saw this range come to fruition. Sarah's dear friend, renowned chef George Calombaris incorporated her home made chilli sauce into one of his dishes on Instagram. Sarah was subsequently flooded with messages from around the world wanting to get their hands on the sauce. Sarah and Matt have used their travels to create a range inspired by a variety of different cultures including India, Japan, Thailand, and Australia.
 
Australia has a long-held love affair with all things spicy, and whilst chillies are known for their heat, Sarah and Matt have set out to prove that chilli is all about the flavour and not just the heat! this carefully curated all natural five sauce range explores all spice levels, from a mild Kashmiri tomato Sauce to Ghost chilli that is not for the faint hearted!
 
Sarah is currently appearing as a host on Network Ten's successful cooking show, Farm to Fork and has firmly established herself at the top of the global indian food scene since her MasterChef Australia debut in 2014. She now runs three successful restaurants in India and is in-demand across the globe as a renowned chef, tv host and influencer. Sarah's classical skills honed from Le Cordon Bleu, combined with her extensive travels across India and the world have influenced her unique cooking style.
 
All the sauces in the range are gluten free and vegan with an emphasis on quality ingredients. These beautifully presented bottles are extremely versatile as they can be used in cooking or as a condiment. They will look gorgeous on your dinner table.

Matt says, "I crave chillies more each day and the health benefits go hand in hand with the enjoyment of eating them. Being affected by COVID19, I spent my time in lockdown perfecting flavour combinations of fermented chillies with natural fruits. I strive for that kick of heat balanced with amazing flavour. With my sister's passion for cooking and my love of food and chillies, we make the perfect team producing high quality, healthy and flavoursome chilli sauces."
