Bring out the big guns with this Indian-style hotter-than-hot sauce, made with infamous bhut jolokia ‘ghost’ chillies. Add a heat bomb to your dishes when cooking, firing up curries and stir fries. Ooh ah, just a little bit. Or if you’re brave, a little bit more?
Ingredients: Fermented Chillies [Water, Birds Eye Chilli (15%), Vinegar, Ghost Chilli (6%)], Pineapple Concentrate, Starch (Corn and Tapioca), Salt, Natural Pineapple Flavour.
